a) Departing within 7 days – We shall reply to your email within 24 Hours (Kindly mention the Reference number starting with CT in the Subject line)

b) Travel after 7 Days – We shall reply to your email within 72 Hours (Kindly mention the Reference number starting with CT in the Subject line)

If you have identified an error with your booking, please email us prior to 8pm on the same day on which the booking is made, advising an urgent rectification to be actioned (Kindly mention the Reference number starting with CT in the Subject line). Any emails received where the error is reported the next day( fees and charges will apply as per the Airlines policy).
All requests should be emailed to onlinebookings@cheerstravel.us where we can review your queries. We may opt to cancel the booking and request you to rebook again, ensuring all details are correct.
In case, your query is not resolved within the time frame by our travel experts or you are not satisfied with the resolution provided, you can directly email the Customer retention team at info@cheerstravel.us . The normal turnaround time is 24-48 hours to get a call back.
